Nov. 15, 2006, 7:17 p.m.This is the direct result of the polarization of politics in America today. Incidents like this show why the rest of America has got to reject and isolate the extremists of both sides.
I think Malkin and Coulter should get the same treatment that several rock bands have when a fan goes berserk. Drag them into court and make them face a jury. Its only fair.
Then again, maybe I just gave away his defense strategy?

Nov. 15, 2006, 10:55 p.m.My my..the little facist peeking out?...screw the 1st amendment...
Hinkly idolized Jody Foster...
So what?
If he had the hots for helen thomas I'D REALLY be worried...
I love how the same crowd who screamed "Bush is a Nazi" for 6 years now want to wag their finger at others and call free speech "hate speech"...
If coulter is responsible for this nut....then Netscape is responsible for truther crazies...
Cant have it both ways...

Nov. 16, 2006, 9:16 a.m.No, what I am saying is they can say what they want, but be prepared to be called to account for what they create. If rock bands are being dragged into court for the lyrics of a song, these people should expect the same for the prose of their creation.
Spin that as you want. Its all a matter of which extreme you cater to.
As far as I'm concerned, you're just another one of the extremists I was talking about. If you check, I don't believe in you... or the extremists on the left. The country can do just fine without your messages of hate.
The only "spirit of the time" you are is, hopefully, one mankind is moving past.

Nov. 16, 2006, 9:28 a.m.Oh, but that's right, those were "conservative family values" groups that helped press those trials against the various bands. Heaven forbid that happen to some of their own!
Sounds like you folks have some First Amendment cleaning up to do as well... }:>

Nov. 16, 2006, 10 a.m.Well this ranks right up there with bombing abortion clinics. Its at least good to realize how extreme the far right will go. This gives you a clue into the mind of a terrorist. Coulter is close but hasn't crossed the line (depending on where that line is) and I'm sure she had her usual smirk on when the story first broke.
