Frankly, rich4810, after Bush we should drop to our knees and thank GOD for a democratic president, even a dead one would be better than any republicon.

No rating, No vote.
The reason why John Kerry bowed out so early is because Hillary won his testicles in a bet, then made a coin purse out of his sack (just like the Native Americans did to bulls long ago to store things in... like shiny pebbles, and coins, and fish-bones, and other important bobbles and baubles). She bet him that he could not defeat her in an arm-wrestling match. She won!
She's one tough butch! A virtual terminator with a metallic endo-skeletal structure under her plastic skin.
p.s.--- she doesn't put on a good face at all. Her intentions are written in bold writing across her forehead in backward letters so only She can read them while practicing her agenda in a mirror.

Kyoto "Treaty" does not exist. It's the Kyoto Accords. It was voted down by the Senate 98-0 as a stupid idea. While the ice cap is retreating on the North Pole the ice mass on the South Pole is increasing. The global warming thing is a myth created to direct wealth and tax dollars into useless projects that fattens corporate and academic coffers.

WRONG. The icecaps on both poles are retreating. South Atlantic icebergs are larger and more numerous than ever.

All this talks about the Clintons being really sinister people, the thing is; I have never seen any proof outside of the delusional crap the old Republicans has repeated Like Hatch and delay and Army...and they are all being investigated so they don't count, and /or FOX News we all know how on point they are. Would someone please show me some evidence that the Clintons were these deviants you all talk about, because my memory can only find good things, and the attempted impeachment that cost 50 something million dollars that netted Mr. Clinton cheated on his Wife doesn't count even a fool can see there was nothing there. Please don't tell me about the people who went to jail for them, we all know that Ken Star sent them there because they wouldn't lie on the Clintons. Also please explain how these bad people created one of the most evenly shared economies in the history of this country, where new people got rich and not just the rich getting richer like now. You know what please show me one bad thing they did to this country...oh and they can't be held responsible for 9/11 in my mind. I know the right likes to tell us all how the Clintons gave the terrorist a pass, if you think this you are stupid and I am asking this question to those of you with a mind of your own and FOX News is not your only source of information. I am asking because I really would like to be an inform Voter.

Don't worry rooster211, many things in this world are done for nothing. Think of he elections of 2000. Less votes and W got to be the president?????????????? And now very few want him.
So those 330,000 who voted for Gore for him to get more votes, voted for nothing.
It's OK. We'll survive.

This article is about Kerry. There are plenty of Libscape stories about how dumb George Bush is.
Let's stay focused on this thread and celebrate all of the virtues and characteristics of John Kerry. Bush gets more than his share of attention and it would be unfair to not give Kerry his due.

He did not decide to not run on his own. Some high up Money man, maybe George Soros told him not to bother. I would think Teraaaaaaaza would be happy. She lost big bucks last time.

Wouldn't you just love to be a fly on the wall if for some reason the democrat puppeteers told Hillary not to run?
Yee-Hah that would be wild.

sure, unlike the right-wing nutjobs who continuously parrot the White House line "everything is going fine" "Mission Accomplished" "there is no Global Warming problem" "Global warming is a problem" (oops - did I see a flip-flop there?)

Well, gee I'm torn. On one hand I won't have to listen to that blowhard/traitor run his big stupid mouth any more. On the other hand, it would give me lots of opportunity to talk trash about him and criticize him to the depths of hell. What a icehole. I can't stand him. Him and his loony tune wife. Go hide in a bottle of ketchup or something.

This is about the smartest move he has ever made. Stay out and don't bother the rest of us.
Think of the time not wasted and the money not spent by him and by those that don't like him. Now we don't have to see the swift boat people again. There is a silver lining to Kerrys black cloud!

HAPPY AS A LARK, that Mr. Kerry is not seeking the Presidential Office. Even though I agree with his tone now I am disgusted by his references to his experiences in Vietnam. This is a man who will go to any extreme for the power of the office of Presidency.
As a vet I observed and heard his comments and I know that this man is a usurper of decency. I for one am elated that he has seen the light of day and knows America is on to him.

I cant believe after everything he actually thought he had a chance in the first place. I think his ratings are lower Bush's, arent they? Either way he has about a snowballs chance in hades to think he did.

With Kerry out that still doesn't leave a field worth a damn on the Democratic side and as an open minded Democrat who has never voted straight party I say that we can look forward to another substandard field of possible candidates yet again. Not that it matters but I did vote for GW last time around being that I figured he was the lesser of two evils. (ROFLMAO!)

deathray1 year, 8 months ago
I don't think anybody really expected Kerry to run. There are too many candidates in the field in any event, and Kerry really was never considered a top tier candidate for '08.
Of course, the neoconservatives are all over this story because the rest of the news is really really bad for them, and they need somewhere to post all their vitriol.

Well, I somehow doubt that he's worse than Bush, and he's certainly not in a position to do the damage that Bush has done...but you miss my point.
This is the only good news the conservatives and the neocons have going, so it's not surprising to see you all here. Since things are going so badly in general, here you all are, talking smack about something that really isn't newsworthy anyway.
I guess every buzzard needs a bone to pick.

Couldn't we allow him to run anyway but unofficially?
It could kind of be like open mike at the Improv. Or kind of like watching American Idol with a really bad act. Simon, Paula, and Randy could be the moderators.

I'm glad he's not running, after the way he allowed his campaign to be screwed up last time. Now if only we could get Hillery to bow out as well.

"...something that really isn't newsworthy anyway"
Most of the stuff that is on netscape isn't newsworthy. But that doesn't stop all of us from spewing about it.
This story is refreshing. If you believe that things are going so badly, this kind of stuff can actually be an entertaining diversion. No substance, no consequence, no matter about anything.
Thanks John "Not-Too-Swift Swiftboater" Kerry

No, I am saying that none of the crud on netscape is newsworthy but we all waste our time spewing about it anyway. Newsflash - Bush Lied! Newsflash - Global Warming! Newsflash - Kerry is a knucklehead! Newsflash - Clinton was worse than Bush! Newsflash - Call him Dumbya! Newsflash - Your butthead politician is worse than my butthead politician!
Nothing but retread here. Nobody is going to change their minds about this stuff.
So why stress about this unchangeable, non-newsworthy stuff? Why not just have a little fun with it and focus on our own little worlds and the impacts that we can personally make in our everday lives?

I still don't think Kerry decided not to run based on some sort of grand enlightenment.
I think the DNC puppeteers told him to back off. Just like they told Al "Father of the Internet" Gore to back off.
Gore invented the internet and Hillary invented healthcare. Ooh. That one did not go so well. Sorry, Hill.
