I'd call that a success. Debating non-binding resolutions that will have no effect is a waste of time and tax dollars.

It was supposed to embarrass the President. Instead it became "welcome to politics 101". Democrats thought nothing of obstructing Republicans in Congress for six years. Did the Democrats think all would be fogotten? Now it is Republicans turn, and paybacks are a bi*ch.
