You do know that only Congress can Impeach a President. If all 50 states passed similar legislation it means nothing. Pelosi has already taken Impeachment off the table. She has no Articles of Impeachment, and even if she did she lacks about 90 votes in the House to pass it. It is a Democrat delusion. Yes they can. The state government may direct their federal representatives to perform action approved by the individual state legislature. In legal terms, yes a call for impeachment or censure may come from the states themselves. Look up States Rights and how they pertain to the federal government.
Thought the Civil War ended the question of States Rights. Despite the 10th Amendment, which has been totally ignored for over a century. Does anyone really think any Senator or Congressman will pay any attention to their state legislature.

He told the American people that the war was over to keep it supported. And then lied about why we were there in the first place. Then lied about how much money it would cost. Then he lied about how long it would take. When he finally listened to someone other than Rove, he came up with a plan to spend even MORE money and MORE innocent American lives in order to extend the war beyond his presidency.

Yes the coalition ran Saddam out of Kuwait and chased his forces nearly to Baghdad. The agreement of the coalition forces was to withdraw at that time. We and the other coalition forces did so.
I didn't see anything rewritten about the first gulf war here. The one comment that mentions it says his father had the integrity to pull off when agreed to. It is what was and will remain so. I also agreed with what was done at the time. It was what we agreed to. That is as it should be.
