Someday, hopefully soon, those wacky Arabs, the ones trying to kill us, will have to find new employment. No more oil money for nuclear bomb research or buying truck loads of Chinnese made AK-47's. We and someday the whole world can thumb their nose at MiddleEastern oil... I can't wait.

It sounds good----but Hydrogen is produced through electrolysis which uses more energy. Thus there will be no abatement of the oil which will be used to produce the hydrogen. What a snow job!!

The Western States will run out of water in 30 years. What can they do with their cars then? We have more oil under three of our western states then Saidi Arabia. We need to take back the House, and Senate in huge numbers in 08, so we don't have to get permission from Democrats to drill, or build new refineries. Then the Arabs, and their Democrat friends can drink their oil. Plus, if the numbers are big enough we can get rid of that P C garbage too.

  The Republicans have ran the house, senate, and the president for six years. Gas has gone through the roof in that time. No enegy plan that the public can see!!!! Yeah that's the Democrats fault

Great! Although I missed in the article where President Bush was funding THIS particular research. Methinks all of the "hydrogen funding" is mostly going to the big oil companies who can develop stuff and then sit on it like they always do.
