Under a bill drafted by a bipartisan group and backed by the White House, the workers could stay for as many as three two-year stints, provided they leave the United States between each stay. Many of the visa holders would be unskilled, nonagricultural workers in areas such as construction, landscaping and meatpacking.

Sorry. We need to enforce the Border laws first. And yes, we can deport all of the criminal invaders. Enforce the laws regarding hiring practices, and fine employers $250,000. per incident per illegal alien. When they cannot find work they will go home on their own. If not, issue shoot to kill orders, but enforce those borders.
