Every time I read one of these stories, it still has the same affect as the first time.
Who are these people that are able to treat others like this? Where did they come from? How can they do this? Were they horribly mistreated as children? Are they themselves deranged?

There is no such thing as a humane war. There is a new movie out about the murder of Daniel Pearl. It fails to mention he was tortured, beheaded, and cut in 10 pieces, because he was a jew. If I were dealing with people who could do that sort of thing it would not take much for me to understand their need to be dealt with in a severe manner.

There has to be a more human way to capture and get information from these people. I mean there should be a way where innocent people don't get caught up.
