What you liburals dont realize yet is that our Righteous Leader, Goerge W. Bush - still has one year left on his 'Contract on America'.
Shure, you may be makin political gains now, but what are you gointa be left with in a year?
Considerin the path that Dick Cheney and Goerge W. is on - this nation is gointa be broke into so many little pieces, you aint never gointa put it back to gether again!
And if you DO all come to power - our domination in the media will allow us to make it out liek you destroyed the whole thing from the 'get go'.

Goppy: Love the satire. Keeps me laughing. Keep up the good work. You are more to the point with your humor than the Ultra Cons in their seriousness. I always enjoy reading what you posted and making my mind work to figure it out . LOL

I hope this is just the beginning of the national change that is needed. We need to just keep hitting them where they live. They are truly weak on so many things. Just keep showing Bush and his stupidity and you will see the changes come. Because the those in lock step with Bush have already tarnished their reputations as being honest and above board. Keep fighting don't let them off the floor.

Excellent! The Democrats have their chance to prove that they can run this country in the manor that reflects The People Will!
Thanks Mark for the headsup on this article.

Not sure about the true conservatives worrying, but the repulsive Neo-Cons and their PNAC arrogance, wherever they lurk, should indeed be worried, very very worried.

Would you bet your life on it? Really place something at risk?
The air is replete with Republican fear. Similar in nature to the victim's immediately prior to an Amazon piranha feeding frenzy. Hence, an increasing number of republican retirements from the Congress.
Looking forward to 2008.

Actually, the ones I see worried... "really worried" are the libero-lefties, after Madame's flip flop fiasco the other night at the debates, on the drivers' licenses for illegal aliens issue.
Even "dear hubbie" is quacking louder these days, ...I guess he sees his possibilities of getting back to the white house, as "first husband" are eroding away...
nyuk!...nyuk!...nyuk!...nyuk!
What a lousy show, we are watching !

Not a fan of what Democrats are accomplishing but anything or anyone has got to be better for America than a conservative Republican. Ron Paul is more Republican than those in power now so my quotes are not attributed to his ilk.
After what Bush has done the dwindling ranks of Republicans in office WILL be minimal. So in conclusion you conservatives please send Georgie your thank you cards for ridding ourselves of obvious parasitic humans supposedly representing Americas past values.

Nah, there's plenty of elections just around the corner and the avalanche has just started. And I will enjoy the dismay it'll bring to you.

One thing that should be considered is the type of democrats that were elected. Just as the new governor of Kentucky, are very conservative and take a strong stance on illegal immigration. Which will be the key issue for many voters come next year. Mark my words, everyone who supported amnesty last summer will be voted out, regardless of what party they belong to.

To both of you - if you're going to refute my statement, please do so with logic.
I repeat: why is it cause for such a celebration. While it is a victory for the Democrats, it may well turn out to be something from the Boer War.
"Another two victories like this, and we shall have to quit the Cape!" - British officer during the Boer War.

Clark-
Higher taxes will be necessary to pay for the abortion you Repubs initiated called the Iraq war and the resulting wounded and maimed soldiers. Get used to this and that the citizenry are going to hold the repub's party accountable for it for a long time. The day of reckoning for the repubs is coming in November 2008.
WASHINGTON -- members of Congress must decide whether to seek reelection next year or leave office. While 16 GOP lawmakers have decided to throw in the towel on their Capitol Hill careers, only two Democrats so far have called it quits -- and they both are seeking higher office.
The GOP party is significantly trailing Democrats in fundraising. Republicans will be defending more House and Senate seats with less money, and they will be fighting battles in places that otherwise might have been secure.

This is how the process works. The American people are the deciders.
We need to regain control, reverse everything Bush has done, and then prosecute the criminals in their party.

As a native Virginian, I'm glad to see my fellow citizens finally realized they were getting raped and pillaged. Well, not all of them. We do have a handful of billionaires in the state, and they have been doing right well under the Repugs.
