is there anyone in congress who is even able to speak to this story, much less do anything about it?
this article describes the likelihood of another massive war crime that no one in government can claim ignorance of nor claim that they were deceived by others.
these days are as dark as five years ago.

Thing is congress cant stop him, he is going to say this is a continuation of the war in Iraq for which he has a rubber stamp form the last republican congress. I know this guy has to be stop, it's almost as if they want to be remember for the havoc they created in the world. The entire country don't want this but yet they are moving forward with this. Not only does our congress do nothing but our news stations are all sitting on their hands. Is it that he is trying to make such a mess that the DEMS wouldn't be able to fix it and the chetpublicans can get back in?

3. Israeli airstrike on Syria: Israel's airstrike deep in Syria
An alternative scenario floating in Israel and Lebanon is that the real purpose of the strike was to force Syria to switch on the targeting electronics for newly received Russian anti-aircraft defenses.
Not likely. No need. What is being stated here is the "wild weasel" operations.
Those aren't done any more. Not by pilots that is. Israel developed a drone called a "harpy" that fills that roll. They fly in formation given the "appearance" of a squadron on attack. When they get painted the drone becomes a high speed missile straight down the radar signal.
The USA version is called "Cutlass"

Heresy?
Well Heresy against the constitution.
And Heresy against true Christian theology (well that's fairly ironic in itself if one truly goes for the New Testament/Covenant).
But I do so love the irony of heresy against the constitution, you know that bit-
"Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances"
Now I couldn't spell if my life depended on it but I do think that having a basic grasp of the language is important.

Howsabout an unprovoked invasion of a sovereign nation without any international sanction whatsoever?
Or handing out stacks of taxpayer cash and truckloads of guns without getting any receipts (or even identifying the recipients). We financed and armed the insurgency ourselves. You don't think the administration broke a few laws in there somewhere?

With his inimitable "Heckuva job Brownie" reasoning, those reasons should be powerful enough to convince George to go ahead and start a war on a third front. He's a war starter. Have to leave it to others to clean up the mess and win the wars he starts.

No Money or Troops... and you think this will slow or stop the Bush administration HOW?
Bush knows he only has to START day one of a war with Iran, not "plan" for what happens after day one or day one hundred, or one thousand. Just like the currently well planned and well administrated Wars in Afghanistan and Iraq.

Unfortunately logic often doesnt enter into this when your dealing with Cons who tend to look at things thru blood colored glasses. If they smell profit they will push for a draft.
