You are one of the truly "enlightened" voters. Nostalgia, as you've aptly pointed out, Obama is short on specifics AND ...is a master of making the obvious look as if it was his discovery .... Like saying how the "others" voted to go Iraq, while he was always against it. When did 911 occur and when was Obama elected to the Senate? .... Exactly.

Coming out about how the NAFTA was such a mistake, which is not true ...the Republicans gave tax exemptions to companies that were moving their operations over the border, but were allowed to enjoy the same benefits afforded "American" companies who actually manufacture in the United States - because the major stockholders & corporate heads were Americans & American citizens!

IMHO ...Take jobs out of the country ...your products are produced by foreigners...your company just became a "foreign entity"... no tax breaks ...end of story.

Depends on who you ask.

Ask a 'Crat: Oracle of conservatism.

Ask an intelligent person: radio entertainer.

We normally keep that latter point a secret from Crats because the distraction to them is quite useful at times.

I was going to ask what a Crat was; then I decided I did not want to know.

Vidman is simply pointing out the reality in NC

"The average educational level of those supporting Obama is much higher than those voting for Clinton."

You are mixing identity groups - the majority of the "educated" are white

Look at the demographics in NC and the poverty rates by race

Duhhh ... Racism exists in this country ... as evidenced by Rev. Wright ...and whom (Obama)...you can bet your Spadecalling butt ...knew exactly what that baptist "born again" Christian Preacher ...was saying, all those years!!!

The good Wright didn't just starting preaching with those words this year. He's been saying it and meaning it all those years. Obama went there and chose that church & preacher!!!

He is a hypocrite and all those voting for him, can be catagorized with those that chose Bush over Kerry.

Time has shown what a stupid and iresponsible act that turned out to be for over 4000 soldiers & their families.

Obama - the junior senator can come out with all his hindsight and impress those who wasted their parents money becoming educated - knew a lot of those going to college back then .... but hindsight is just that. It doesn't take a genius to know that the cows have run out of the barn and point it out.

The real fact is that the voters in Florida and Michigan got screwed and their votes do not count as of now. Those people have a right to be heard and to have their votes count. If they counted those votes Hillary would be winning right now. Don't be surprised if that issue goes to the Supreme Court to give justice to the folks in Michigan and Florida.

Obama and his supporters are not interested in justice though.

Don't get all excited yet. The Supreme Court decides what is legal and it is legal to count all American votes.

By the way. I back vidman by saying that Obama and his followers are the racists by voting for him just because he is black.

Obama is truely the devil himself.

She agreed that if the primaries went ahead as planned then the delegates from those states would not be seated. Are you saying that you want a person whose word isn't good to be President?

I am not Black and I have two college degrees. I fully support the next President of the United States of America: Barack Obama.

the mere fact that you found it necessary to state that, is the reason that I feel Barack will lead the a division in America of huge proportions

In a few years, if Obama is elected, the Obama Fan Base will be sounding just like Bush's unrepentant 29 percenters - in denial of his failures. Already, all of his screw-ups (and his likely GE loss) are being attributed to Hillary. The Precious can do no wrong.

doppich - You sound just like the President Clinton detractors. Obama will do well. His biggest move if elected is who he puts in what place. If I was advising him I would urge him to get the best of both parties and make a government from there! Obama will only fail if we give him a GOP congress. If the DEMs stay focus like they did last November and give him a congress to work with he will do fine. I can see the bitternessin in you guys but you must remember he didn't get here with out the will of the people, and regardless of what you do the peoples will always has the final say!

Well, I am old and white and Southern and have two graduate degrees, and I am a Democrat. All this to me is my party's business, and though I have favored Hill from the beginning when both fields were much bigger, I will proudly support and vote for my party's nominee for president. And unlike the enshrined Republican, we will not have a party candidate until the convention. I wouldn't have it any other way. Two weeks of hoopla over the election of the president would be a great sufficiency. Why it has to be two years is beyond me.

I will vote for the best candidate who can lead this nation: Hillary is my favorite. Between Obamossama and JMC, I will simply go for JMC.

You got that positive vote for one line and that is...

"Why it has to be two years is beyond me."

Serioulsy two years of this chit and it is not over yet.

I figured everyone who's not a political analyst or fund-raiser would probably agree with THAT comment, party immaterial, LOL! I just get worn out with it, and stop listening, except for the spectacular screw-ups.

You are really going to count votes where only one of the two candidates names were even on the ballot. That's Democracy? How?

automan909:

I doubting you care about the rights of Democrats voting in Florida and Michigan.

I think you are pushing for Hillary to continue fighting for the nomination, just to cause chaos for the Democrats.

And vidman was careful to say what he meant; that the black people of his neighborhood were ignorant racists on welfare.

It gave us a clearer picture of vidman and you, than of his neighbors.

Hey,

I am contributing to her campaign here: https://contribute.hillaryclinton.com/may6.html.

If she is not the Dems' nominee, my contributions and support will go to JMC.

That's fine. We don't need racists in the New Democratic Party anyway. Good riddance.

You are an idiotic a$$-hole! If you do not support Obamossama, you are a racist! Rev. Wrong, a member of that party, advises and supports him though!!!!

WOW moribull, you are very angry today. None of this matters, what matters is what he does once he is president. From where i am sitting none of us knows what he will do if elected president. Remember bush the grate devider was going to be the uniter. Well until he ran into the GOPers on the hill, and the rest my friend is this mess we are in!I think i will take my chances with Obama, i know what i am getting with Hill and i don't like it all that much!

avatar

you sound so scared of obama.

Michigan and Florida broke party rules. they knew that going in but they went ahead anyway. Before the primaries started everyone agreed as to how it would play out, including hillary and obama.

you're simply trying to change the rules in the fourth quarter cause you're losing.

and the supreme court won't decide how the dem party susses this out. the dem party will.

you say obama and his backers are racist then trun around and say Obama is truly the devil himself? oooookaaaaaaay freekshow.

we're moving forward, with of without you.

A win is a win. Whether blacks or whites or browns voted for him. After all, in USA everything is judged and decided by a person's skin color.

They are not called Americans. They are called whites, blacks, hispanic whites, hispanic blacks, Asian browns.

Even in India, a much bigger and true democracy, the media reports "HOW" many people voted for a candidate. A lesson USA has a long way to go to LEARN.

WE are not a democracy we are a representive republic hense the line " Republic for which it stands" line in our pledge os allegance.

Yeah, Obama would make a pretty ugly woman.

They are called that because that is the way they want it. Just like Obama phrased it on CNN A Slave State. I thought he of all people would refrain from using the word slave after all, they have been without chains for a long time. What was that Mr. Obama a slip of the tongue? Slave state, huh.

avatar
Reply

Especially since like him half of the black people in the US don't have slaves in their history.

avatar
Reply

I would hate to think that the black people will vote for an ogre, just because he is black..

After all--slavery is behind us..as for discrimation--I as a polock, have been discriminated against for many years.but I would never vote for a criminal polock..just because he is a polock..

Osama will not wear a lapel flag pin--because it may offend some one--the only people our flag offends today are muslims..which half of Obamas family is..
