Washington Post Id's Rove As McCain Adviser - Why Won't…

Politics – In March, the Politico reported that a 'top adviser' to John McCain said former Bush aide Karl Rove is "now informally advising the campaign." Since Fox News hired Karl Rove as a 'contributor,' the network has refused to identify him as an informal adviser to McCain, disregarding an obvious conflict of interest.

So what? Who McCains advisers are is none of my business. I didn't make it my business when Obama was paying Rev (not so) Wright as a campaign adviser. Not everyone dislikes Karl Rove. In fact most of us respect him as a great political stratigist. In 04 Senator Biden was quoted as saying he wished the Democrats had a Karl Rove. Instead allthey have is Mr Carvile.

The "so what" is the media DOUBLE-STANDARD.

The media and the Republicans raised a ruckus about Obama's "association" to Rev. Wright because of Wright's so-called "hate" speech, etc.

MEANWHILE, not a PEEP from the media about Rove's total un-objectivity as an election commentator for FOX, and how FOX won't even acknowledge that Rove is a campaign consultant and contributor to McCain's campaign.

Carville is not a regular 'commentator' on any media outlet for the 2008 election coverage.
