Probably because people like that are too smart to want the job. When Alberta's previous Premier stepped down, he said something like this: Anybody who wants my job probably isn't competent to do it, and anybody who is competent to do it probably isn't foolish enough to want it.

Me, too. The only bright spot left on that miserable sell out, CNN! I've never been so disappointed with that bunch.

I used to give them the benefit of the doubt, but I can't do that any more. I still watch it, too, in the same manner you describe...unfortunately,it stills seems to be the lesser of the evils to me.

I used to like Aaron Brown. Naturally, he disappeared a few years ago. I've never liked Wolf Blitzer. I've always found him a wolf is sheep's clothing. I hardly ever watch CNN these days.
