What happened to investigating why the 9/11 commission wasn`t fully implemented?

What happened to investigating why the Bush admin kicked the inspectors out and rushed to a counter-productive and completely unnecessary but costly war?

What happened to the tens of billions in cost overruns, lost bribes, and other taxpayer dollars lost to corruption involving Iraq?

I think it is more of a priority issue than anything else. $1 here or there versus $1B here and there. Think about it. We could feed 9,000,000,000 teachers` children just with the money `lost` in Iraq. The Republicans refuse to investigate or allow an investigation.

I think that there are just too many "news channels". We as consumers need to stop watching them. No viewers means no advertising which means no revenue. And thats something that they will understand.

I don't watch CNN but it seems like whenever anybody or anything is against Obama they get labelled as something bad, usually racist, bigoted or biased.

What happened to freedom of speech, freedom of choice?

I actually like the fact that Lou Dobbs spotlights corrupt government's attacks on private citizens, but he gets as emotional as O'Reilly does! I generally like my news a bit more laid back.

McCain and Obama both scare me, but for different reasons. Whichever one wins, I'll do my best to support what I agree with and I'll fight like heck to stonewall them on the rest.

Obama's comment was NOT related to Hamas it was John McCain who has stood on his 'soap box' and said that he didn't like negative campaigning, and wouldn't DO any negative campaigning. Then when his SUPPORTERS started may comments INCLUDING state Republican Committees he says "I told them using very strong language that I didn't approve."

And then John McCain flip flops on HIMSELF by making this comment which is negative campaigning. So, IF John McCain was HEADING toward "No Negative Campaigning" it would APPEAR that he's "Off Course" or another words "has lost his barring".
