FTA;
The Democratic National Committee announced Wednesday that it had signed agreements with both campaigns to begin raising money together.
As part of the agreement, donors can contribute up to $33,100 to the newly created Democratic White House Victory Fund. Most of the money will benefit whichever candidate becomes the nominee.
A good sign, IMO, that Hillary and Obama are starting to work together, and hopefully this will squash any hopes that the repubs have of Hillary running on the Ind ticket, and ripping the Dem party apart.

No worry... Hillary will not run as an Independent.
Most of the country, fortunately, agrees on one thing: the direction of this country must be changed. All this hype about ardent supporters of Hillary and Obama will jump boat and go to McCain is nonsense. Empty threats. We can count on the fact that their is more contempt for the GOP then their is loyalty to either Obama or Clinton.

Good for her, it's about time she started supporting him! He has been very kind to her in this primary, there were so many things he could have used against her but didn't.
Go Obama!

Yes, I am glad to see some party unity beginning to emerge in both camps. They are coming to grips with the fact that whoever emerges as the nominee will face the RepubniCon smear and fear machine. They need each other to win.

He's already been beat to the punch in the Libertarian Party. But I would donate to a Ron Paul candidacy on any ticket. I'm truly tired of Ralph Nader's ego playing spoiler to the Democrats. Be fun to see several alternative candidates subtracting votes from the Republican machine.

Thanks for the link. All election hijinks aside, I do hope Dr. Paul can get his concerns about limited, Constitutional government and the rule of law into the national forum. This is a debate we truly need to have.

I have been saying for a long time that the talk about people voting for McCain if their candidate didn't win the nomination was a crock.
This just proves that the SINGLE MOST IMPORTANT ISSUE in this election.....making sure there isn't a Republican in the White House for 4 more years.

"making sure there isn't a Republican in the White House for 4 more years."
After the last 7 years of the Bush administration, I can't think of a more noble cause!
