Politics – "This is bullsh*t. This is malarkey. This is outrageous. Outrageous for the president of the United States to go to a foreign country, sit in the Knessetââ;¬Â¦and make this kind of ridiculous statement," Biden said angrily in a brief interview just off the Senate floor.
Biden is a small, stupid man. It's why he said "Bullsh1t". His vocabulary is too small to come up with anything else.
He truly lives in his own little world.

If you can sit there an honestly say that you wouldn't call BS on a Democrat like, oh say, Barack Obama going over to Israel and calling President Bush and Senator McCain "appeasers" then you have something.
And I don't think you can do that.
But he wasn't even talking about Barack! lol, Barack's campaign is having a meltdown and it's hysterical cuz it's only because he's so sensitive about his "appeasement doctrine". Barack would meet with a true Holocaust denier with NO CONDITIONS. Even Democratic presidents in history didn't blindly and ignorantly appease in this manner. Barack has no foreign policy experience and no clue as to the mistake he's making.
Who wasn't talking about Senator Obama? President Bush? Of course he was.
""Some seem to believe we should negotiate with terrorists and radicals, as if some ingenious argument will persuade them they have been wrong all along," Bush said at Israel's 60th anniversary celebration."
That's absolutely talking about Senator Obama, among others, who have said that we should sit down and talk with those that wish us harm.
What's wrong with talking to people? And what conditions would you place on a discussion? Only green M&M's?
By the way, appeasement means:
"to buy off (an aggressor) by concessions usually at the sacrifice of principles"
Senator Obama has NEVER said that he would sacrifice his or America's principles in talking to those that wish us harm. What he is suggesting we do is this:
"a discussion between representatives of parties to a conflict that is aimed at resolution "
It's called dialogue NOT appeasement.
No, he wasn't singling out Obama. Perino even said,
"I understand when you're running for office sometimes you think the whole world revolves around you."
Ha ha! Get over yourself, Barack.
He was not talking about just Senator Obama, but even White House aids admit that it was meant as a comment against the stated policy of Senator Obama of dialogue with those that wish us ill.
What will the "dialog" be with a terrorist organization? What will the dialog be with people who if they were able to get Obama in a room alone would cut his head off (for being an American and a Infidel) while chanting "God is Great"? What will the dialog be with groups who believe they will receive 72 virgins to rape and use as they wish after they blow themselves up in a civilian establishment to kill the "infidels"? Are you and by extension Obama so naive to believe there is a dialog to be had? Although Bush never mentioned Obama if the shoe fits, which by his and others reaction, it does. Then wear it. Especially since it is his promise.
"The United States is consulting with other governments in the region and with the U.N. Security Council about measures that must be taken to hold those responsible for the violence in Beirut accountable," he said.
In another NYT story "Ali al-Dabbagh, a spokesman for the Iraqi government, said the five Iranians were a subject of discussion at a regional conference held last month in Baghdad that American and Iranian diplomats attended."
ANd another The meeting between Ahmadinejad and Syria's Deputy Foreign Minister Faysal Mekdad came less than a week after Mekdad traveled to the United States to participate in Mideast summit.
Meaning the US is talking to Iran and others through "channels" and is involving stakeholders in the region. To say the US is not communicating with Iran is putting on display some peoples complete ignorance of reality.
Since the President didn't mention any names I am shocked that Barak Obama knew instinctively he was referring to him. How is that, Barak? Barak has said he would chat with Ajmadinejad, and lil Kim, and any other of our enemies he can find. He is an appeaser, and that is why he was so sure President Bush had sought him out. Do the Democrats really think Americans believe a word that old Arab sympathizer utters?
LOL. This is from a person who has defended the 9/11 enabler, the guy who let OBL go, the guy who kisses the Saudi prince, the guy who gives Musharraf a free pass on tyranny and harboring terrorists. This from the guy who gave Al Sadr a free pass in order to quiet the Sadr army while prolonging the war profiteering and GIs getting killed.
Chamberlain is a tiger compared to Bush. Who let 9/11 happen on his watch despite the dire warnings, and then let OBL go from Bora-Bora and still cannot be bothered to go after the terrorist behind 9/11, USS Cole, and more?
Nah, nobody appeases like Bush, but McCain is sure aiming to take that title. Look at how he capitulated to the people in his own party on the most important issue in his life - torture.
If he appeases the Bushies on torture, what and who won`t he appease.
More denial and obfuscating from those with "no knowledge". Why the Bush apologists even bother their fruitless typing is a matter worthy of anthropological concern. We can easily look at their previous comments and submissions and see that they have not been on the right side of a single issue since they began fumbling around on their keyboards. Their only value is to use whatever dim view they espouse, as a method of determining the polar opposite to be the truth.
It was an insult for Bush to use the occasion to make cheap political potshots. His obvious ploy was an indignity to the office and the country he continues to embarrass.
By the way, appeasement means:
"to buy off (an aggressor) by concessions usually at the sacrifice of principles"
Senator Obama has NEVER said that he would sacrifice his or America's principles in talking to those that wish us harm. What he is suggesting we do is this:
Actually Obama said he would "engage in aggressive personal diplomacy" with Iran if elected president, and would offer economic inducements and a possible promise not to seek "regime change" if Iran stopped meddling in Iraq and cooperated on terrorism and nuclear issues.
http://www.nytimes.com/2007/11/02/us/politics/0...
""to buy off (an aggressor) by concessions usually at the sacrifice of principles"
--So it's ok to cut deals with Libya and N. Korea (um, wait...aren't they supposed to be part of the "Axis of Evil?) but to even suggest diplomacy with anyone Bushco decides is a terrorist amounts to "appeasement." How convenient...
I think a wingers concept of what qualifies as corrupt is a little suspect after the last 8 years, aniokly. ;-)
Since corruption is essentially driven by greed, it's a stretch to attribute this quality to a man who turned down myriads of offers from the extremely lucrative world of corporate law to work for little or nothing serving the poor in his community.
This means so much coming from those who defended Enron, Foley, Tom Delay, Katherine Harris, and "Duke" Cunningham.
Oh pleeeeeeeeze AG.
You know as well as everybody on here that Bush was taking an underhanded punch to Obama`s groin.
>Barack would meet with a true Holocaust denier with NO CONDITIONS.
LOFL. Maybe you should listen to what Obama says Obama says instead of what some proven liars say that Obama says for a change.
Bush himself has used negotiations to lower violence and get back hostages. Reagan used negotiations to peacefully end the cold war. JFK used negotations to peacefully end the Cuban Missile Crisis.
The amount of history, even Bush`s own history, that slaps Bush`s stupid-arse un-presidential attack in the face is infinite.
How did we end WWII without an invasion? Again, negotiations - the Japanese surrendered after both sides compromised allowing the Emperor to avoid trial if he admitted being a regular human and not a deity.
Bush owes Obama an apology.
In fact the Senator, Bush referred to was William Borah who, on hearing of the Nazi invasion of Poland in 1939, lamented: "Lord, if only I could have talked with Hitler, ..
Are there parallels tween Borah and Obama?
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/William_Edgar_Borah
William Edgar Borah
was a prominent attorney and longtime United States Senator from Idaho noted for his oratorical skills and isolationist views.
AKA "The Lion of Idaho.
From 1925 to 1933, Borah served as the Chairman of the Senate Foreign Relations Committee. As Chairman, he became known for his pro-Soviet views, favoring recognition of the Communist regime, and sometimes interceded with that government in an unofficial capacity during the period when Moscow had no official relations with the United States. Purportedly, Kremlin officials held Borah in such high esteem that American citizens could gain permission to travel throughout the Soviet Union with nothing more than a letter from the Senator.
This is too rich coming from someone who twice voted for a guy who requires Secret Service supervision to eat a pretzel, who doesn't know the difference between Australia and Austria, and who confuses APEC with OPEC. And don't get me started on chimp's cutesy phonetic cue cards. On second thought...
Nicolas Sarkozy (sar-KO-zee)
Robert Mugabe (moo-GAH-bee)
Kyrgyzstan (KEYR-geez-stan)
Mauritania (moor-EH-tain-ee-a)
Harare (hah-RAR-ray)
*giggle*
McAppeaser already followed up with the same coordinated attack point.
Did JFK appease during the Cuban Missile Crisis?
Did Reagan appease during the collapse of the Soviet Union?
Obama, JFK, and Reagan...all appeasers huh?
What historical evidence is there of any dispute being resolved by refusal to allow communications? ....
There is none.
You can't even resolve a dispute over a errant garbage pail lid without talking.
"You can't even resolve a dispute over a errant garbage pail lid without talking."
Sure you can. I do it all the time. I pick up my own garbage pail lid when I see it's errant. And, I pick up the neighbors' lids and place them back on their respective cans when I see that they're errant. Some might think I'm a bully that way. But, I've yet to speak to any of them about their lids.

"So we have a crisis of confidence in the Middle East â;; in the world, really. I've never seen our country as isolated, as much as a sort of international pariah for a number of reasons as it is today."â;¦
Kerry criticized what he called the "unfortunate habit" of Americans to see the world "exclusively through an American lens."
He said this while seated next to the former CEO of one of the world's foremost terrorist states, which as we speak is working on building nuclear weapons, bankrolling Hezbollah's efforts to foment civil war in Lebanon and Hamas's exterminationist jihad against Israel, and supplying Shiite militias with IEDs to kill American soldiers in Iraq.
Kerry also was accused by W of asking us to be "sensitive" to the terrorists, then Dumya not three months later said we need to better understand the terrorists which is what Kerry meant from the gitgo.
Injest, why not give the name of the Ceo that Kerry was supposedly siting by... so we can google how many times Cheney has had dinner and negotiations with him?

Barack Obama going over to Israel and calling President Bush and Senator McCain "appeasers" then you have something.
"going over to Israel and calling"
you are grasping at straws injest.
Nothing wrong with the truth. It is anti-American lies that we protest and demand McCain denounce!
How would you feel if Edwards insinuated that Bush was like Hitler?
You would demand an apology from Edwards and demand Obama denounce Edwards` words, and reasonably so.
Donald
"Injest gets his revisionist history from folks like Rush Limbaugh and Ann Coulter!"
Rush Limbaugh and Ann Coulter are writing Obama's web site?
From Obama's web site

Awesome! Go Biden! I never thought he should be President, but he'd make someone a heck of a Secretary of Call It Like He Sees It.
