Pc25:
No one is going to be believe this is anything but a Republican initiative thinly sprinkled with 'operation chaos' hillary-supporters.
For the record:
Hillary Clinton is going to be going around the country between June and November encouraging all her supporters, to vote Obama.
And they will.

The Clinton camp is smart enough to know you can't just write in people who lose in the primary in enough states to win. This is rubbish--maybe by someone who likes Clinton, but more likely by someone who hates her.

you have to love the following
"We will not vote for Barack Obama for a host of reasons, the most important of many being his indefensibly unimpressive legislative record. It also seems clear to us, through his ongoing affiliations with radical groups and individuals, that this candidate holds disconcerting racial beliefs that we find unacceptable in any elected official in this country, black or white, red or brown."

Ridiculous?
Absurd.
Anyone voting for this story who SERIOUSLY believes that this is a democratic initiative needs an immediate appointment with their favourite head-doctor.
However I believe that they are all quite aware that this is complete bs.
Sweetness and Light indeed!
Drivel and balderdash.
[By the way abntv - what exactly was SUBLIME ??]

"...I have several republican friends who are not voting for McCain. They will either vote for Obama or just not vote they say."
I doubt a Republican turned off by McCain based on his liberalism would vote for the extremely liberal Obama. Obama will drive far more Democrats to vote for McCain than McCain ever could drive Republicans to vote for Obama.

Some still dissing McCain at polls
It's hard not to notice: In each of the past three Republican primaries, roughly a quarter of the vote went to someone other than John McCain.
Ron Paul and Mike Huckabee got a combined 27 percent of the vote in Pennsylvania last month, long after the GOP nomination had been settled in McCain's favor. On Tuesday, Paul, Huckabee and Mitt Romney received a combined 23 percent in Indiana. Alan Keyes, Huckabee, Paul and "no preference" took 26 percent in North Carolina.

Obviously, the same people who urged Republicans to cross over and vote for Hillary in Indiana are at their game again. Either have the weakest Dem candidate face McCain or having failed miserably in that, divide the Dem vote. These people are insane if they think their strategy is not as clear as day.

Obama is the weakest Dem candidate. You have no idea how happy many of us Republicans are that he is the likely nominee.
As for HIllary.... Goooooooo HIllary!! Remember Lieberman!!!!!
Your husband won TWO terms on a plurality -- maybe you can, too! GOOOOOOOOOO HILLARY!!!!!!!!!!!!!

"Either have the weakest Dem candidate face McCain"
But that's what he's getting. Obama is nowhere near as strong of a General Election candidate as Hillary would be. She is far more of a threat in Battleground States and Obama will drop like a rock once the Marxist/anti-white "Black Liberation Theology" of Obama's TUCC, as inspired by James H. Cone - directly quoted by Wright, so don't try to deny it - is widely unveiled.

Are you sure it wasn't the same Democrats that wanted some Democrats to switch and vote for McCain? Remember that came first before Obama loomed big with his eloquent about nothing specific speeches.

With Hillary stating she will support Senator Obama I believe that this movement won't gain much traction. In the end how powerful this is depends on how much she really wants that White House... who knows, she may get a footnote in history for being the most formidable write in candidate in history, though.

Hillary's endorsement is political speak. Her supporters will support someone else, Nader, McCain or they will stay home. What could Sen Obama give them as President? Tax increases, a less than steller healthcare plan, retreat, and defeat in Iraq, plus even liberals don't a 100% Liberal doling out their hard earned taxes.

"Can I go ahead and vote for Nader, again, then?"
I disagree with Ralph on almost everything, but at least he has integrity.

Uh, Republicans will be busy voting for John McCain. It is those bigoted Democrats that don't want to vote for the carmel guy that will be writing in. But you knew that.
