This would be funny if it weren't true.

Thank the gods that some of us aren't hypnotizable.

haha! The irony here is that no one ever pays attention to Bush when he is speaking. People either immediately turn the channel or completely zone him out.

      So. This would never work.

I have the 2008 "countdown to Bush leaving office" daily calendar. Every day, there is a quote by Bush - NONE of them make any sense. It is just so mind-boggling that he actually became President. He can't utter a complete sentence that is coherent unless he has a script.

Wow! Bush has never been more articulate. He didn't stumble over any of those big words.

You must all be so proud of him.

This kind of brain control reminds me of hearing about battered wives. They get smacked all over the place but in the end they always say the same thing "but he said he loves me". I think we need to look into battered republican syndrome where W sends your job to China, pollutes your drinking water, dumps a bunch of debt on your children but then he says "jesus" and you forgive him and defend him. Then your house gets foreclosed on and your kid comes back from the war in a wheelchair. But he said "jesus".

So that's how he did it. How he and his cronies baffled 1/2 of this nation more gullible voting population. The other half of the country thought he was an weasel from the start. Where were the gullible one's when I was trying to sell my low-tide estates property in Florida, my rotary cell phone and my Enron stock.
