Republican Sen. John McCain (Ariz.) on Friday forcefully sided with President Bush in condemning the U.S. Supreme Court's decision to grant access to federal courts for the detainees held at Guantanamo Bay, Cuba, potentially muddying his reputation as a critic of the administration's approach to treatment of suspected terrorists.

So what part of "... and that all men are created equal", from the Declaration of Independance, does John McCain not understand, even if he was two from the bottom of his class at Annapolis?

Worst decision in history, yet the Repug strong supreme court in 1873 even declared American Indians as "dependant and Un-American", so that big sole source contracts could be let to take care of them and their lands could be taken away!

Yes, we have a disgusting history of a repug, vile Supreme Court... with four vile men like Roberts, Scalia, Alito and Thomas almost bringing us to another evil disgusting rebuke of 800 years of accepted western law, habaeus corpus (since the magna carta)!

Republicans are tuly part of a terrorist organization in America that for the sake of the country needs to be banned!

Donald, What part of the detainees are NOT AMERICAN CITIZENS do you not understand? If you are so gungho on letting the detainees have the same rights as you and I do as AMERICAN citizens then I suggest you invite them to live with you and you can then support them, instead of my tax dollars!

Those terrorists are not American citizens and should not be mucking up our courts and jails. They are not eligible to benefit from our Constitution because they are not Americans and are not in America. If you put them in our prisons they will recruit from there and we will have home grown terrorists getting out and doing us harm. These terrorists were responsible for the attack on our country, and the deaths of our people. They were caught fighting on a battlefield without uniforms so the Geneva Convention says we could have just shot them on the spot.

I say put them on a boat to Iraq and sink it.
