You can bet that both candidates would love to get Powell's endorsement. As to if Novak is correct? If he is basing it only on the fact that both Gen. Powell and Senator Obama are African American he will end up being wrong. I am quite confident that Gen. Powell does not play game...and I hope the same can be said about Robert Novak.
