I don`t think getting into West Point based on your daddy and granddaddy`s connections, then barely skating through on same family connections does not make one qualified to even fly.
Hence McCain, unqualified to fly or be an officer in the first place, wrecked FIVE airplanes. Again, anybody who earned their stripes on actual merit, hard work, skill, and/or intelligence would have been held accountable. But no, not the spoiled rotten McCain.
No wonder when he got caught he cried like a baby and blabbed that his daddy was the admiral. He knew that would save his life and save him from the worst torture treatment that every other POW was getting. The VC saved his life and years later the elitist pig still calls them pig.

Clarke went to West Point where he graduated fisrt in his class asn still chose to go Infantry Branch
McCain, whose Dad was an admiral, gaduated from the Naval Academy 2 from the bottom of his class... which logically means he graduated only because his dad was an admiral. As a grad of one of these institutions, I tell you there are highly motived, yet moronic individuals that do graduate from them, at the bottom of their classes!

"John McCain is running his campaign on his experience"
Yep his military experience, in war, peace and under fire.
McCain's POW experience is a testament to the mans character, the fact that it's backed up by his "room mate" Col. Bud Day, Medal of Honor Col. Bud Day caries a lot of weight.
BTW Are their ANY MOH that Support Clark? Nope, humm?
Running a Squadron that trains new pilots is not that easy either. The Avg. Fighter squadron has 12 birds, his had 72 birds (that's like 6 squadrons).
However all that in and of itself is not the sole of the mans experience.
Starting in 1982 he was elected as a congressman and in 1987 he was elected as a Senator (2 things Clark will never have to worry about being re elected cause he will never be elected).
Now here's my question? Does being the editor of your high school paper qualify as experience to be President of the USA?

"Injest, you fool, if we surveyed all the MOH still alive, they would agree with Clarke by an easy majority! You cite one MOH, which absolutely fails all statistical validation! I say this as a retired miltary man with a solid background in miltary history!"
"You cite one MOH, which absolutely fails all statistical validation!"
Donald dude, I cited 1 MOH Col. Bud Day cause Col. Day and McCain were in the same frigging cell you moron.
Your "background in miltary (military) history" is a bit lacking if you didn't know that.

John and Cindy refused to pay their property taxes for four years!
Some f`ing american candidate and first lady!
They claimed they are so rich they just have too many bills to keep track of. Do they not know how computers or electronic banking work?
They hire the people to do all that hard work like opening envelopes and placing the bills on their bosses desks where they cannot be missed. Four years of bills, late notices, etc and they claim they lost track of it? Sounds like Bush`s excuse for not keeping his promise of getting OBL - oh, that, uh, gosh guess I just lost track of that, I`m rich so I have more things to thing about than you people.

...I honor John McCain's service as a prisoner of war and a Vietnam Veteran. .... I would never dishonor the service of someone who chose to wear the uniform for our nation.
"John McCain is running his campaign on his experience and how his experience would benefit him and our nation as President. That experience shows courage and commitment to our country - but it doesn't include executive experience wrestling with national policy or go-to-war decisions. And in this area his judgment has been flawed - he not only supported going into a war we didn't have to fight in Iraq, but has time and again undervalued other, non-military elements of national power that must be used effectively to protect America But as an American and former military officer I will not back down if I believe someone doesn't have sound judgment when it comes to our nation's most critical issues."

McCain is desperate for any advantage over Obama. They think they can make one up out of his military career. But they know that if anyone looks too closely, the lie will come back to haunt the Songbird who skated through West Point and flight school while crashing five planes thanks to Daddy`s position as admiral. He`s a Bush clone in that sense.
As a POW, he sang about his daddy the admiral to get special treatment and save his butt.

If military had anything to do with presidential capability AND had the Republican party actually voted in McCain, Kerry would have trounced McCain in 2004 based on military career alone.
McCain: skated through West Point, flight school, and got special treatment while a POW and he knew he was too important to get killed
Kerry: three purple hearts, one silver and one bronze medal for bravery under fire while commanding a boat.
No, the hypocrites want to move the goal posts again and pretend that attacking a man`s military career, even though he`s hyping it for gain, is immoral four years after they smearboated Kerry and eight years after they smearboated McCain.

The cons have voted against the candidate with more military experience every time over the last eight years.
Now they want the world to give McCain a pass and a vote based on his inflated and rewritten military service.
The hypocrisy amazes.
