Mr. Bush received a 66% disapproval rating in The Wall Street Journal/NBC poll for June, tying his own record for the highest ever for any president in the Journal/NBC poll.

But what calls Bush to account?
Unpopularity?
The fact that in historical re-enactments producers will look for a comedian to play the role? Someone who projects a dim cunning, a smarmy grinning dissembler?
Is the laughter of history all the accounting the president will face ?
Or can we put the SOB on trial?
