John McCain calls himself an underdog. That may be an understatement. The GOP presidential candidate trails Democrat Barack Obama in polls, organization and money while trying to succeed a deeply unpopular fellow Republican in a year that favors Democrats.

All during the primary election cycle the MSM talked of poor McCains struggle, never gave him a chance, and they are doing the same thing now. They don't seem to notice his opposition is a nam child that changes his positions ever other day. People are making jokes about what his Change really means. And McCain is just plodding along. 4th of July Sen McCain gave the day his private attention. The Senator that has to try to tell you how Patriotic he is spent the day politicking. That is how much attention he gives the people who have died protecting his freedom.

    "Never gave him a chance"

LMAO!...what a hypocrite!...aniokly,YOU were one of the nastiest opposers of McCain during the primaries, you questioned his patriotism ,smeared him and said he would invite Mexico to take over our country...you "never gave him a chance"...and now that you're stuck with him you have "flip-flopped" and speak of him like he is the great saviour...you are pathetic!

Now Sen McCain is running against a former Muslim that could have spent the day with his white Grand parents, and family in Kansas, but instead spent it making political speeches, and cozying up to people who will say he has their vote, but will never vote for him. Everyone says things in the primaries they don't mean, did you not hear what Clinton said about her opposition, but now Obama is playing with the big boys, and every move he makes is scrutinized.

I said what I believed during the primary. Now I have to choose between Sen McCain who I know more about now, and a liberal, former Muslim who has no experience, no clue about National Security, and no idea from day to day where he stands are on some very important issues. He has changed his opinions on NAFTA, Faith based inititives, the war in Iraq, gun control, and he thinks he needs a stadium in Denver to accept his nomination. He really isn't that important.

I didn't say it was illegal, but politicking when you could spend some time with your family is gauche. How desperate is he anyway?

I was pointing out the fact that beside Obama having no experience, he has no social graces either. Don't you ever wonder why he wrote a book about his father, and made up the relatives, and never even visits his American relatives? I do. He has no parents, his siblings are all over the world, and none of them are American, no American cousins. He spent 20 years listening to Rev Wright curse, and damn America, and still he wants to be President of America. There are too many questions about this poor man we don't know to elect him President of the PTA, much less the USA.

What about the history of the Bush family? Drug abuse, Nazi sympathizers, friends with Arab royalty, war profiteering, Cheney Ass Kissers...etc.

You see Ani I can spin that BS too!

The difference is President Bush, and V P Cheney are never going to seek political office again. Sen Obama is running for President of the U S, but doesn't want to take part in any debates, cannot answer questions about his past, or his opinions on current issues. He cannot take part in unscripted discussion. We cannot elect a man President of the U S without ever knowing the real man.
