In the past, he called his plan "privatization," and it was the same plan as the incredibly unpopular Bush proposal which would dramatically reduce benefits and divert payroll taxes into private accounts.

The only people who ever say Obama has no plan (about the economy, energy, education, foreign policy, etc.) are those who refuse to read up.
Obama has all of his plans on his website, and a quite detailed 64-page downloadable PDF of all of his plans.
I've yet to see anything from McCain on any issue that details how he'd run things differently from the Bush administration.
