U.S. exports to Iran ââ;¬" including brassieres, bull semen, cosmetics and possibly even weapons ââ;¬" grew more than tenfold during President Bush's years in office even as he accused Iran of nuclear ambitions and helping terrorists.

    "America sent more cigarettes to Iran , at least $158 million worth under Bush, than any other products."

    "Other surprising shipments to Iran during the Bush administration: fur clothing, sculptures, perfume and musical instruments. Top states shipping goods to Iran include California, Florida, Georgia, Louisiana, Michigan, Mississippi, New Jersey, North Carolina, Ohio and Wisconsin, according to an analysis by The Associated Press of seven years of U.S. government trade data."

      Greed and power has been the overriding behavior of this administration. I'd be very interested in knowing which companies have been allowed to trade with Iran. And most importantly which companies sold military equipment to one of Bush's Axis of Evil.

          What happened to all those 'economic sanctions' against Iran that the administration so vocally supported?

          Hypocrites, hypocrites, hypocrites.

          There is no "rule of law", no justice, no fairness, no accountability in the Bush administration - only greed and lust for power and control.

          Despicable ...

              When given the choice of profit over national policy the chimp and the GOP always pick profit. In Star Trek the Ferengi's were modelled after Republicans.

              GOP----> Greed Over People

                How can anyone be opposed to shipping Iranian women bras? Surely they have the right to support themselves? Then again, I hardly think that not wearing a bra would be noticeable under those burqas that they are forced to wear.

                In any case, it is wrong to increase trade with Iran when the administration has painted them as part of the "Axis of Evil" and they should be under sanctions.
