i used to say the wannabe emperor had no clothes but i guess i didn't spot the harlequin leotard, the slippers with the curly toes and the three point hat with bells!

I had to double-take when I saw the source was The Telegraph and not The Onion. But thinking about it, satire of Bush would be to claim he says something sensible and/or clever.
