It is important to choose judicial nominees carefully. But that is no reason for conservatives to vote for Mr. McCain. He has demonstrated no more interest in "conserving" the Constitution, and its principles of limited government and individual liberty, than has Mr. Obama.

We will vote for Sen McCain, because there is no other credible candidate available. Bob Barr won't get 10% of the vote, and Sen Obama is a different person every day trying to overcome the fact he has no experience. He has shifting core values. Sen McCain will nominate Supreme Court Justices that will not legislate from the bench of the calibre of John Roberts, and Sam Alito. We are 3 months from a major election, and I still don't know for sure what Sen Obama believes in.

The right wing activist judges who appointed bush are rewriting law and precident as fast as possible.

I'm not sure why people are concerned about the consititution, its a worthless piece of paper at this point. The rich have won, they own everything, they control the media, the super rich live in a GLOBAL economy, with China and India Rising, creating most of the new wealth. The bush economic redistribution progromme of the last 8 years has given the super rich 100% of all economic gains, a huge percentage of our taxes have shifted to the military industrial complex, which has doubled its budget under Cheney/Haliburton. We give Blackwater, a private mercinary radical right wing evangelical autoparts magnate contracts to protect Exon, paid for by taxes.

Take the consititution and the bill of rights, and line your bird cages. Globalization and the rise of trillion dollar corporations have made those documents obsolete.

All those wall street speculators who made all those hundreds of billions in mortgage speculation? Gone. Move that money into secret accounts in Switzerland or Banks in China, where intrest is earned tax free. Haliburton collects your tax dollar safely in Dubai, no taxes. Billionaire industrialists pay 12 dollars a day for skilled labor in China, and pay no taxes. 2 billion people live on less than 2 bucks a day. Meanwhile, 10% of americans control 85% of all stocks in america. 0.000015 % of the population own more wealth than the bottom half, 3 billion. Democracy is a joke. The only thing america exceeds at is our military, because we spend over 3 times more than any other country. 80% of all military spending was in Nato. The budget of Alkida is 30 million a year, which is not enough to buy one helicopter. We have spent over one trillion in Iraq, and counting. We are sending soldiers to fight tribal religious extreamists in a country which had nothing to do with 911.

Lets all vote for Barr, complete the economic redistribution socialist program for the billionaires, and use the consititution for toilet paper.

A vote for Barr is the same as a vote for McCain, both are a billionaire sock puppet wanabe.

What's pathetic, is the non millionaires voting for them. But, nobody ever got rich underestimating how stupid american voters are.
