This is a significant victory over the quisling Congressional leadership, which has been ducking its responsibility to defend the Constitution and to stand up for the rule of law not just since November 2006, but since the inception of the Bush/Cheney presidency.

Speaker Pelosi today (7/17) stated "Bush is a failure at everything." While this statement is true, I'm still wondering why Congress won't start Impeachment procedings against the A-hole Bush.
