YES, YES, YES! I have truly left my heart in San Francisco.
It has been posted before on these boards, but worth repeating - is the proposal to have a huge picture of Dumbya's smiling chimp face at the entrance to the plant, with the inflow pipe going right into his open mouth.
Where do I send my donation to further this worthy cause?
In an earlier post, I recklessly compared Dumbya to a turd. I was bitterly castigated and criticized, and threatened with great bodily harm by the TAL - Turd Anti-defamation League.

Congarats!
One effort that I was totally behind.
Democracy has been squeezed into a tight corner but finally release is in sight.

The aroma from the plant can remind people of the stench from the Whiote House that prevailed for 8 years.

This is a great creative way to express what 80% of the people think of the once great GOP.
Excuse me, this morning's coffee is kicking in, I have to go pinch off a Cheney, which will be processed in the George Bush Sewage Treatment Plant.

A most fitting tribute for the most deserving to be so remembered. But as to who is the worst - Bush or Cheney I guess if neither gets a majority we'll just have to have a flush-off.

You know , I find it commical that it's o.k. to bash Bush , but when people were bashing Kennedy you had a fit . All polititians suck . But they are a neccessary evil in our society . I could care less Lib or Conservative , both suck . We need a different party system altogether . This country and all it stands for is going down the toilet , Ala Bush .

It's all a matter of degree. Very few politicians go thru their professional lives w/o at least some embarrassing detail. MOST politicians have some skeletons in their closets - sexual peccadillos, financial shenanigans, addictions, personality disorders, etc. As long as they do not allow their defects to affect their functions in office and they actually benefit the country, they would probably not be "bashed."
Lincoln, some believe, was clinically depressed. FDR, Ike, JFK, Clinton had affairs. But all had a positive effect on our history.
However, when a president has a personal defect and has done extensive harm to the country, then it's open season on him for ridicule.
Bush was an alcoholic, a failed businessman, an unethical politician. He launched a misguided invasion. He undermined our constitution. He has burdened countless generations w/ a huge national debt. ETC, ETC.
This calls for open season on jokes about him. I will bash away w/ abandon.

I had no fit, I don't recall even commenting. However if your talking about Edward the bashing has usually been about his personal life, which I would tend to separate from the policy making. Bush's failed policies flushed this country down the tubes, therefore this is an appropriate tribute. Could you really say that of Ted Kennedy? Has his legislation caused the failure of banks, the appointment of incompetent cronies to important positions? Did he lie to get a war started? I personally agree that the 2 party system sucks, but usually one candidate will do less harm than another. One only need to look at the Bush presidency for proof of that.

What I love most about this whole thing is that the sewage plant is offended by the comparison.

If it passes, I'll bet little Georgie will be down there in a flash bobbing for turds. Or, in his case brain cells.

Actually, that's a great idea for a merchandisable product. Urinal cakes with pictures of Bush, Cheney, Rice, or Rumsfeld. Could be a money maker! Oh, don't forget Osama. They can share a urinal together since they're great family friends and buddies anyway.
Or maybe their images printed on those little toilet seat covers.......
I've already seen toilet paper with images of the U.S. dollar printed on each sheet with the message "courtesy of George Bush" printed below.

How about calling the middle finger a "Cheney" since he actually gave it to Sen. Leahy 2 years ago right in the Senate..

I strenuously object to this proposal. A sewage plant takes something dirty and makes it clean.
Bush has done nothing of the sort. Everything he touches he makes filthy or filthier.
His name should be on garbage dumps or porta-potties. The sh*t just keeps piling up.

I propose that EVERY PORT-A-POTTY in this country from now on should be called "Dicky" with the crooked smiling face of Shotgun Dicky printed on the seat!
You can count on all the road construction crews to lay a load on him!
LOL!
