II trillion is what Congress raised the limit to... so he'll leave us with that! I surely hope the World Criminal Court indicts him the day he leaves office, him, Cheney, and all his neocon supporters (all terrorists in America)!
He is just trying to spin a possitive legacy from a hole a mile deep in the ground.... definitively the worst ever! But, he is laughing all the way to the bank on just his oil profits!
