Have they reveled in the news that U.S. casualties have plummeted? Have they praised the achievements for which our troops have fought so hard? Have they congratulated the Iraqi government for progress in political reconciliation? Not exactly.

While running to any microphone to pronounce bad news and bash Bush, the Democrats seem to be pulling for the wrong side when things go right.

Any death is lamentable, but surely we can be happy for the drop, yes?

Democrats have always been on the wrong side in the Iraq war. They own defeat, and they will defend to their end that we are losing, because to acknowlege we won is not to their advantage. At first it was annoying, now it is funny. They are stuck on Stupid.

Barry the Shapeshifter now says that everything is so hunky dory in Iraq and the Iraqi security forces are so wonderful that the U.S. can remove all combat troops by 2010. I noted he said "combat troops", makes you wonder.

What a bunch of foolish people that the Democrats have become. They bought into the idea that we were losing the war. Now when things are going so good they are in denial. They took an oath to serve for the good of the country not a particular agenda. But they put party over country. This is shameful.
